This helps us to become better and better, since we know there is still room for improvement. We pay close attention to such feedback, as well as to what our users say. With that being said, we do our best to keep improving our service. In a company as big as G2A.COM, that reaches millions of customers, we cannot introduce major changes overnight. The great thing about your article is that it is based on concrete examples, and there is a lot of valuable feedback in it.
